Party Host/Customer Service

Employees must:
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
  • Ability to clean and maintain party areas, including setup and teardown.
  • Ability to operate Point of Sale system Personal Requirements.
  • Ability to clean bounce houses, furniture, and other items
  • Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relation skills
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
  • Work varied hours/days to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform
  • additional duties assigned by Management.
  • Demonstrate high level of quality of work, attendance, and appearance, Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures and Safety Regulations.
