- Demonstrate high degree of professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
- Ability to clean and maintain party areas, including setup and teardown.
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system Personal Requirements.
- Ability to clean bounce houses, furniture, and other items
- Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relation skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
- Work varied hours/days to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform
- additional duties assigned by Management.
- Demonstrate high level of quality of work, attendance, and appearance, Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures and Safety Regulations.
