Party Host/Customer Service

Employees must:
Demonstrate high degree of professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
Demonstrate a positive attitude with customers, employees, and vendors
Ability to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
Ability to clean and maintain party areas, including setup and teardown.
Ability to operate Point of Sale system Personal Requirements.
Ability to clean bounce houses, furniture, and other items
Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relation skills
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
Work varied hours/days to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays.
Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform
additional duties assigned by Management.
Demonstrate high level of quality of work, attendance, and appearance, Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures and Safety Regulations.
