Adults are welcome to assist guests 4 years old and younger in our Toddler inflatable area. Parents are welcome to jump on our inflatables with their children during play time.

At Jumped-Up we allow any guest to jump on our inflatables.

Yes, Walk-ins are welcome any hours that we are open. We offer 1 hour and 2 hour jump passes.

No outside food, beverages, or party supplies of any kind are allowed at Jumped-Up. However, birthday guests are welcome to bring their own birthday cake, candles and ice cream.

Yes, all of our guests must wear socks at all times while playing on our inflatables.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED unless you have booked the party room. In this case birthday cake and ice cream are the only items allowed.

If you would like anything to eat while you are visiting our facility we would be happy to order you something from a local eatery that we deal with frequently and have it delivered in. Thank you for your compliance. We will ask you to remove ANY food or drink items if they are brought into the facility without a party booking.
